Manage products, description, videos, updates, pricing and stock level and sales transactions in digital marketing platform. 5. Reply inquiries, sustain relationships and positive engagement with online customers. 6. Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention. 7. Stay ahead of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends and implement these new technologies to enhance brand awareness.
